David J. Williams, 43, of 214 Pratt St., Apt. 6, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 4, with felony domestic violence for allegedly hitting Brittany N. Case and breaking her eyeglasses.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were called to the residence shortly after 4:30 p.m. They met with Williams, who has nine previous domestic violence convictions.
Case left the residence with her mother and met with officers at the police department. She had visible injuries including a bloodied mouth.
Williams was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Officers noted in the report Case plans to soon move from the residence.
