Riverside standout golfer Jaxon Woods earned player of the year honors at the Three Rivers
Conference league tournament on Friday, played at Sugar Isle Golf Course in New Carlisle.

Woods capped off his impressive TRC season by shooting an 83, finishing eighth overall in the tournament.

As a team, Riverside placed seventh in the TRC tourney. In addition to Woods’ performance, Hayden McCully contributed with a 96, Daniel Esh shot a 104 and Syler Clark finished with a 126.

With his combined points from the regular season and the league tournament, Woods secured the TRC player of the year title. McCully also received recognition, earning honorable mention honors.
