Bellefontaine area resident Derrick Samuel Nolan, 37, was arrested at his home by officers from the Bellefontaine Police Department at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 8 on a warrant from the Logan County Common Pleas Court charging him with 10 counts of possession, transport and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.
The charges include two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, three counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, and five counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and transporting these materials across state lines. All 10 charges are felonies of varying degrees.
Nolan was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
