Norma Kay Kipker, 78, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 3:50 a.m. on Sunday, April 20, 2025, at Campbell Place in Bellefontaine. She was born in Toledo, Ohio on March 25, 1947, to the late John R. and Eileen V. (O’Connor) Inskeep.

On June 1, 1990, she married James Lee Kipker, and he preceded her in death on February 14, 2024.

Norma is survived by her daughter, Susie (Lynn) Yoder; sons, Terry (Debbie) Kipker, and Todd Kipker; grandchildren, Terrance Kipker, Erica (Jamie) Rice, Shayla (Justin) Colley, Devin (Brittany Hamilton) Kipker, Caitlin (Tyson) Gantz, Kelsey (Pat) Basso, and Christy (Nick) May; great grandchildren, Shaylee, Keghan, Selby, Jayce, Mia, Paisleigh, Bo, Harrison, Aria, Thomas, Riley, Dax, and Ella; many nieces and nephews, and her beloved cat, Ollie.

Along with her parents and husband, Norma was also preceded in death by a son, Chris Huffman; a grandson, Justice Yoder; and sister, Mary Jean Williams.

Norma worked as a caseworker for Logan County Job and Family Services for 30 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Bellefontaine. Norma enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, traveling, reading, playing bingo, and caring for her cats.

Chaplain Mike Porter will officiate a funeral service at 12 Noon on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine. Visitation will be two hours prior to the funeral from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow the funeral in East Liberty Cemetery.
