A Logan County grand jury handed up a slew of drug-related indictments this week.
Those indicted include:
Brittney Mustain, 29, of Marion: aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, third-degree felony;
Bryan Horn, 45, of Forest: aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor;
Dylan Kossel, 30, of Bellefontaine: trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony; trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony; and aggravated trafficking in drugs, fourth-degree felony;
Dustin Wells, 31, of Lewistown: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony; and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them a first-degree misdemeanor;
Eric Davis, 48, of Dayton: vandalism, a fifth-degree felony;
George Cook, 49, of Marysville: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;
Giovanni Ruiu, 29, of Sidney: possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony;
Jordan Brannan, 23, of Bellefontaine: theft from a person in a protected class, a fifth-degree felony;
Joey Coleman, 30, of Kentucky: failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, third-degree felony; and grand theft of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony;
Keith Jeter, 24, of Bellefontaine: escape, a fourth-degree felony; and obstructing official business, fifth-degree felony;
Kyle Poe, 31, of Marion: aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony;
Rex Kidder, 45, of Maplewood: aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor;
Robert Castle, 60, at-large: theft from a person in a protected class, a fourth-degree felony; and misuse of credit cards, fourth-degree felony;
Ryan Crapnell, 46, of Bellefontaine: possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; and
Skybree Schindler-Cook, 42, of Bellefontaine: trafficking in cocaine, a fourth-degree felony; trafficking in cocaine, fifth-degree felony; trafficking in cocaine, fourth-degree felony; trafficking in cocaine, fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, third-degree felony; possession of cocaine, fifth-degree felony; and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth-degree misdemeanor.
