Kerri L. Emrick, 48, of Bellefontaine was arrested by the Bellefontaine City Police Thursday, Sept. 4, after officers were twice called to her residence on the report of her acting in an unruly manner.
Officers were first dispatched to Emrick’s residence at 3:44 p.m. Thursday after receiving a report that she was intoxicated and was yelling as passersby from the window of her second-story apartment.
Officers gave her a warning at that time, but were called back to her residence again about 20 minutes later as she continued to make a scene at her residence, at one point reportedly making threats to one of the witnesses.
Emrick was then arrested and charged with persistent disorderly conduct before being transported to the Logan County Jail.
