In addition, Tim Woodruff, the 2025 West Liberty Lions Club Member of the Year, will be in the second vehicle behind Trout in the parade formation.

Following the parade Saturday, a kiddie tractor pull is staged at 1 p.m., and a wiffle ball tournament is at 3 p.m. A mower derby begins at 4 p.m.

The Labor Day Live music starts at 4 p.m., featuring McGuffey Lane, Fleetwood 2 the Max, Jess Kellie Adams and Kenny Chaffin, hosted by the West Liberty Lions Club, with support from Country Legends Festival.

The concert has a $10 cover charge at the gate for live music, a beer garden and food trucks.
