Ohio Hi-Point Nail Tech students celebrate milestone at Brush Ceremony

Ohio Hi-Point Career Center’s Nail Tech students recently completed Nail Enhancements 101.

This foundational skill covers anything that changes or enhances the appearance of a customer’s nails.

To celebrate, the students were recognized during a Brush Ceremony on Friday, Feb. 24, at Ohio Hi-Point. Students received a certificate and a professional nail brush to complete their official nail tech kit. All the OHP Nail Tech students will utilize the kits during their internships or jobs.

The following students passed Nail Enhancements 101: Hailey Deane (Urbana), Victoria Grunenwald (Marysville), Hilary Horn (Bellefontaine), Mikayla Hudnall (Marysville), Alysa Messer (Waynesfield-Goshen), Avery Newland (Ridgemont), Keianna Notestine (Riverside), Maggie Stevens (Marysville), Abigail Stinemetz (Marysville) and Samantha Wilson (Graham).

The 664th Hair Force Salon at Ohio Hi-Point is open to the community Wednesday through Friday from 8:30 to 11 a.m. for haircuts, colors, manicures, pedicures and facials.
