Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded about 1:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1, to a one-vehicle, minor injury crash on State Route 540 near Township Road 184.
Deputies report McKenzie Deann-Clark, 23, was driving an eastbound 2102 Chevrolet Impala on S.R. 540 when the car traveled off the right side of the road and struck a culvert.
Clark and a 7-year-old passenger in the car each sustained suspected minor injuries and were taken by Tri-Valley EMS to Mary Rutan Hospital.
The vehicle occupants were wearing seat belts.
Damage to the vehicle was disabling.
The Ohio Department of Transportation was advised of damage to the underground plastic culvert.
