Damon June Sims, 57, of 916 Ohio St., and Russell Leroy Lusby, 70, of 117 W. Brown Ave., were both arrested and charged with persistent disorderly conduct about 8:34 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2.
Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were twice called to the 100 block of west Brown Avenue on the report of an altercation involving the two men.
Warnings were issued to two men earlier in the day after police were called to the scene on the report of a verbal confrontation between Sims and Lusby, but were called back to the scene when the altercation reportedly became physical and was captured on video by a bystander.
No injuries were noted and both men were lodged in the Logan County Jail.
• Officers also report citations were issued to two city residents following dog complaints this past weekend. Police cited both Sabrina Joe Mills, 220 Walker St., and Christopher Alan Lawry, 113 E. High, for dog(s) at large following separate incidents Saturday.
No bites or injuries to either humans or the dogs were noted in the reports.
