Logan County Commissioners Michael Yoder, Greg Fitzpatrick and Joe Antram issued a proclamation recognizing March as Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month in Logan County on Tuesday, March 4.

“In March, we are excited to continue to raise awareness about inclusion,” stated Superintendent Oldiges.
“Thanks to our partnerships with local organizations, schools and the community, we’ve made significant progress in the field of developmental disabilities. Our aim is to keep breaking down barriers and emphasize the crucial message that every perspective, including those of individuals with disabilities, is important and valued,” she added.
The Logan County Board of DD offers services for a lifetime for people with developmental disabilities beginning in Early Intervention for children under 3 years of age and at the Discovery Center for preschoolers.
