The Bellefontaine Water Department has issued boil advisory for the following residences because of a water main repair.

• Northview Drive
• Dowell Avenue
• 1673 County Road 9
• Turner Road
• Dushane Road
• Omaha Road
• Shawnee Trace
• Knowlton Road
• Milligan Road
• Whetstone Court
Water used for consumption should be boiled for at least five minutes. Allow cloudy or discolored water to run clear.
The department will collect and test samples and notify residents when the advisory has been lifted.
