

The Division II district boys bowling tournament was held Tuesday in Beavercreek.
Benjamin Logan qualified as a team for the state tournament in Columbus by finishing third with a total pinball of 4,228. The top four squads advanced.
Also heading to state is Riverside’s Cooper Crouch. Crouch had a 760 series (214-279-267) which was the top overall score out of the field of over 150.
The three conventional games saw Ben Logan knock down 3,131 pins.
Nate Davis had a 655 series (213-186-256) and Landon Stoodt had a 649 (202-235-212). They were ninth and 10th in the overall scores.
Caleb Knight rolled a 625 (192-224-209), followed by Dylan Stewart with 616 (220-194-202) and Jarrett Buckenroth with 586 (232-150-204).
The team had 1,097 in six Baker games.
West Liberty-Salem had two individuals in action. Devon Jones had a 522 series (203-183-136) and Tucker Searles rolled a 511 (157-185-169).
Other teams joining the Raiders for the state competition are Northwestern (4,499), Clinton-Massie (4,327) and Fort Recovery (4,164).
Individual qualifiers in addition to Crouch are Caden Bray of Taylor, Craig Ruf of Shawnee and Noah Diamond of Yellow Springs.
The Division II state tournament will be March 1 at HP Lanes in Columbus. Tickets can be purchased at ohsaa.org/tickets. Doors open at 9, with qualifying round starting at 10:45 a.m.
