Market lamb “Aster” gets sheared by Rick Moffitt while Tonya Neer comforts the animal Monday, July 7, in preparation for lamb shows later this week at the Logan County Fair. The lamb is one of three being shown by Melany Simpson of Huntsville at this year’s fair. Neer is Simpson’s aunt and Moffitt was the breeder for the lambs.
