Two Indian Lake Schools employees are part of a team that recently received an important award for saving a local woman’s life.
Wes Hall is the Ohio Hi Point-Information Technology teacher at Indian Lake High School, and Ryan Stanford is the Robotics/CAD/Graphics Design instructor at ILHS. Both are members of the BMRT Ambulance District Rescue Squad.
They recently received the EMS Star of Life Award for their quick actions after a Belle Center woman and her daughter were hit by a truck in March of 2024.
Both the woman and her daughter have made a full recovery.
