No injuries were reported after a man reportedly struck his house trailer with a vehicle Saturday evening, Feb. 14, in the 1600 block of Township Road 131 west of West Mansfield.
Deputies with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report that James Rice, 62, was driving a 2018 Volvo northbound on T.R. 131 at about 6:50 p.m. when the vehicle went off the right side of the road, traveled through a wire fence and struck the trailer.
Rice was cited for failure to maintain control.
Damage to the vehicle was disabling, and it was removed from the scene by Shafer’s Towing. Information regarding damage to the trailer was not immediately available.
