Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report that James Paul Holland, 32, at large, was arrested at Speedway, 329 S. Main St. at 8:04 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, on a trespassing complaint.
Holland reportedly was banned from the business Friday, Aug. 1, but reportedly entered the store twice Monday morning, prompting the employees call to police.
When officers arrived, Holland was found sitting on a retaining wall on the the north side of the store’s lot and was taken into custody without incident.
Holland was charged with criminal trespass and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
