Robbie Jon Snyder, 60, of Kenton, OH, formerly of Russells Point, OH, passed away peacefully Wednesday morning, February 7, 2024, at Kenton Nursing and Rehab Center.

Robbie was born on September 8, 1963, in Fairfax, VA, a son of the late Frank Harvey, Sr., and Florence Virginia Runion Snyder. He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Judy Berman and Bonnie Anderson, and two brothers, Frank Harvey Snyder, Jr. and his wife, Sue, and Shelby D. Snyder, Sr.

Robbie is survived by eight siblings, Ricky Snyder of North Carolina, Gary (Bonnie) Snyder, Ronnie (Sherry) Snyder, and Rocky Snyder, all of Wise, VA, Tammy Hitt of Norton, VA, Kathy Snyder-Carter of Culpepper, VA, Timmy (Gloria) Snyder and Jamie Snyder, both of Rimington, VA, two brothers-in-law, Ross Anderson of Remington, VA, and Dick Berman of Springfield, VA, a sister-in-law, Mary Snyder of Bellefontaine, OH, and several nieces and nephews, include a special niece, Shelia Stephenson, who cared for Robbie and was by his side when he died.

Robbie was a paper delivery driver for The Bellefontaine Examiner for 21 years, retiring in 2014. He was an avid fisherman and Dallas Cowboys fan.

A celebration of Robbie’s life will be at a later date.
