The Benjamin Logan boys bowling team was treated to a parade of champions Tuesday afternoon, March 4, to celebrate the school’s first-ever OHSAA team championship. The boys team won the OHSAA District Two finals Saturday, March 1, defeating Marion Pleasant 3-2 in a five-game series for the title. Logan County Sheriff’s Office deputies led the parade around the district’s bus circle, and students from all grade levels and community members cheered and held signs to congratulate the team. A video of the parade is available on the Examiner’s Facebook page. (EXAMINER PHOTO | MANDY LOEHR)
