Perry Joseph “Joe” Mitchell, 24, of Rushsylvania, passed away unexpectedly, on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at his residence.Pastor John Watkins will officiate a graveside service in Rushsylvania Cemetery at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11.
