Mary Darlene Cooper, 69 of Bellefontaine passed away Monday, March 10, 2025 at the St. Rita’s Medical Center surrounded by her children.
Mary was born February 1, 1956 in Columbus, OH to the late Richard and Alice (King) Clifton. On August 14, 1996 in Bellefontaine she married Paul H. Cooper, who survives. She is also survived by her children, Christina (Kelly) Watkins, Anthony (Tricia) Organ, Caleb (Tasha) Cooper and Tyler (Merissa) Cooper; grandchildren, Chelsea, Jakob, Kristina, AJ, Angel, David, Blade, James and TyLynn; several great grandchildren; siblings, Gloria (Chuck) Jacobs, Cheryl Clifton, Debbie (Joe) Dalrymple, Richard (Ann) Clifton and Gary Clifton; many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Terry Clifton.
Mary enjoyed sitting on her porch and cuddling with her cats. She also enjoyed working on puzzles and watching soap operas. Above all Mary loved her family. She loved spending as much time with them as she could. Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed.
A Funeral Service will take place Monday, March 17, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at Jennings Farley & Seeley Funeral Home & Crematory, 5591 US Hwy 68 S. West Liberty, OH 43357. Visitation will take place from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place in Highland Memorial Cemetery following the service.
