Two people were arrested about 1 a.m. Saturday, June 28, after members of the Logan County Unified Drug Task Force conducted a narcotics-related search warrant at 11767 Williams Dr., Lakeview.
Franklin Hurley, 47, was arrested for trafficking in methamphetamine and Vicki Cooper, 55, was arrested for a probation violation, a task force media release stated.
Items of drug trafficking were seized at the residence along with a large amount of methamphetamine.
Investigation continues and further criminal charges are expected.
The investigation was successful because of the cooperation of numerous local law enforcement agencies, and it prevented drugs from being disseminated into our community.
