Darold L. Snedeker, 95, of Russells Point, OH, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Mary Rutan Hospital, Bellefontaine, OH.
Darold was born on May 14, 1930, in Bellefontaine, a son of the late Bert and Minnie (Spillers) Snedeker. He married Mary Wilson and she preceded him in death in 1989. Darold is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Heather Innis, four sisters, Caroline Palmer, Geraldine Campbell, Gwendolyn Holderman, and Donna McCafferty, and a brother, Carl Snedeker.
Darold is survived by a son, Chuck (Sarah) Snedeker of West Chester, OH, grandson-in-law, Richard Innis of West Chester, a great grandson, Ethan Innis, a sister, Lela Purcell of Kenton, OH, special neighbor and friend, Shannon Stinemetz, and several nieces and nephews.
Darold moved to Indian Lake in 1957 when he and Mary bought their home in Russells Point. He retired from Glacier Daido in 1990. Darold was a member of Indian Lake Community Church in Russells Point. He enjoyed socializing with friends and mowing his yard.
Private inurnment will be in Huntsville Cemetery.
