A boil advisory issued Friday morning, Aug. 23, was lifted about 2:30 p.m. Saturday for the following residences:
- 113-260 Northview Drive
- 1640 North Main Street
- 1673 County Road 9
Due to the ongoing repair work, the water supply in these areas may be compromised. Residents are advised to boil water for at least five minutes before using it for drinking, cooking or any other consumption purposes.
If the water appears discolored or cloudy, let it run until it clears up before boiling. The advisory is in effect until further notice.
The City of Bellefontaine is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
