The Benjamin Logan FFA Chapter proudly continued its annual tradition of giving back to the agricultural community during harvest season through its “Feed the Farmers” event.
This year’s program was a great success, with numerous FFA members and volunteers dedicating their time and energy to serve local farmers during harvest season.
Members worked together to prepare and package meals that included a ham and cheese sandwich, chips, cookies, and a drink.
Once the meals were assembled, senior FFA members delivered them directly to fields across the community, ensuring that hardworking farmers could enjoy a well-deserved break while continuing their harvest operations.
“Feed the Farmers is one of our favorite community service projects because it allows us to show appreciation for the people who keep our community fed,” a chapter representative said.
“Our farmers work long hours this time of year, and we want them to know they are supported and valued.”
Farmers expressed gratitude for the thoughtful gesture, and the chapter received an abundance of positive feedback following the event. Overall, the 2025 Feed the Farmers initiative once again highlighted the Benjamin Logan FFA’s commitment to service, leadership and community appreciation.
