Alton Joshua Stotler, 48, of Lakeview, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at his job site in Lakeview.
He was born on January 12, 1977, in Bellefontaine, Ohio, a son of Floyd and Sue Stotler. He was also preceded in death by his father, Floyd, sister Brandee, brother, Danny and many aunts and uncles.
“Josh” is survived by his partner Lucinda Kirkpatrick. He is also survived by his mother, Sue, his children Willow, Christian, Garett, Coby and Jaxon, his brother Justin (Angie), his nieces Sasha and Heather, nephews Alonzo (Maddie), Jakob (Marie) and Joshua (Erin) and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Josh enjoyed spending time with his friends, poker runs, playing pool, and being on his motorcycle. Josh was fortunate to have some very special friends in his life: Paul, Carol, Jim, Kelly, and Bill.
A celebration of life will be held on August 24 at 1 p.m. at the Amvets Post #39 in Lakeview, Ohio.
