Raymond Edward Benedict, 83 of Paris, Arkansas, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025. He was born Feb 14, 1942, in Bellefontaine, Ohio, to parents Raymond and Ester (Heil) Benedict.
He retired from York International after a 40 year career in the information management field. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was an accomplished woodworking craftsman, and also enjoyed horseback riding.
He was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Esther (Heil) Benedict.
He is survived by his wife Jewel (Vanhorn); three sons, Doug (Jennifer), Darrin (Michelle), and Devin Benedict; stepdaughter Amy Hall; stepsons Ed and Mark Hall; two brothers, Charlie and Bob (Marty) Benedict; grandchildren Katie (Marc) Mays, Sara (Nick) Salsgiver, Ryan Benedict, Trevor Hall, Abbie (Luke) Neal and Grace Cornwell; and several great-grandchildren.
