A Quincy man escaped injury Thursday morning, Oct. 16, after his car overturned onto its top after traveling over a guardrail along State Route 235 near County Road 13.
Trevor Nicely, 29, was southbound on S.R. 235 about 6:05 a.m. when the 2003 Audi A4 he was driving went off the left side of the road and struck a guardrail, deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report. The car then went over the guardrail and landed on its top at the bottom of an embankment.
Nicely, who was not wearing a seat belt, was not injured, according to reports.
He was cited for failure to maintain control.
Indian Lake EMS assisted at the scene.
Top’s Towing removed the disabled vehicle from the scene.
