The cookout style menu featured a wide variety of fresh fare that was grown in the jail garden by inmate trustees, including sweet corn, tomatoes, green beans, grilled onions and peppers, squash, along with a variety of desserts, including zucchini bread and pumpkin rolls made from the garden produce.
