Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department report that a 16-year-old juvenile from Bellefontaine who was listed as missing earlier this week was located at a west side residence about 8:53 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9.
The teen was placed under arrest and transported by the Logan County Sheriff’s Office to the Central Ohio Youth Center in Marysville.
• Police also report that Vincent C. Thomas, 47, of Bellefontaine, was arrested by officers at his residence Thursday at 9:08 a.m. on two failure to appear warrants and a parole violation and was lodged in the Logan County Jail
