The Logan County Board of Elections will conduct a hearing on a protest filed by Bernard Iven against the independent candidacy of Ben Stahler as an independent candidate for Bellefontaine City Council president. The hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6, at the board of elections, 225 S. Main St., Bellefontaine.
