Magistrate Rapp sworn in

Stacia Rapp takes the oath as she’s sworn in as a magistrate for the Logan County Court of Common Pleas, family court provision, Friday, Dec. 20. Rapp, who grew up in Clyde, Ohio, previously served as the assistant county prosecutor. Her daughter accepted the honor of holding the Bible for the ceremony. “This is the first all-female judiciary in the history of Logan County,” Kellogg-Martin said. “And we’re all former assistant county prosecutors.”
