Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred about 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 crash on U.S.Route 33 near County Road 28.
Tiffani Hundley, 47, of Kalida, was driving an eastbound 2017 Ford Escape on U.S. 33 when her vehicle struck the rear of an eastbound 2017 Ford F-150 pickup truck traveling in front of her, deputies report.
Hundley has a medical condition which was a contributing factor in the crash, deputies said. She was taken by Tri-Valley squad to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment of her condition.
The pickup’s driver, Matthew Lecorchick, 52, of Plains, Pa., did not report any injures.
Damage to the vehicles was minor.
