Waylon Roberts, pictured with his parents, Will and Andrea Roberts, recently received the gift of an Amtryke thanks to the combined efforts of the Kiwanis, Sons of American Legion, the Moose Lodge, GreeneBucs and the Logan County Board of Developmental Disabilities. An Amtryke is a therapeutic tricycle that is modified to meet the particular needs for children and adults with disabilities. As the child grows, an Amtryke can be modified. This tricycle will help Waylon enjoy spending time with his family. Waylon receives supports from the Logan County Board of DD and also attends the Discovery Center Preschool. The LCBDD extended appreciation to Brad Kunze and Julie Schrader, Kiwanis; Jon Kunze, Bellefontaine Moose; Cory Ames, Sons of The American Legion; and Amy and Sandy Zimmerman, Greenebucs; for their support.
