Over 20 defendants were indicted this week by a grand jury in Logan County Common Pleas Court.
Adam Rutan, 28, of North Lewisburg: menacing by stalking, a felony of the fourth-degree;
Adam Hale, 34, of Kenton: intimidation, a felony of the third-degree; telecommunications harassment, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Alexander E. Chambers-Caetano, 31, at-large: attempted trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a felony of the fifth-degree; aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor of the first-degree;
Allan D. Waterbeck, 70, of DeGraff: theft, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Andrew Fatone Jr., 22, of Jackson Center: failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, a felony of the third-degree;
Daniel Long, 23, of Lakeview: gross sexual imposition, a felony of the fourth-degree; gross sexual imposition, a felony of the third-degree; rape, a felony of the first-degree;
Erin Dougherty, 31, of Russells Point: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the third-degree; aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth-degree; failure to comply with opened container or beer or liquor laws, a misdemeanor of the minor degree; tampering with evidence, a felony of the third-degree;
Jakob Yule, 27, of Bellefontaine: grand theft of a motor vehicle, a felony of the fourth-degree;
Jared Browning, 36, of Columbus: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the third-degree;
Jessica Dudgeon, 32, at-large: burglary, a felony of the second degree- repeat violent offender specification, “RVO”;
John Fox, 44, of Bellefontaine: domestic violence, a misdemeanor of the first-degree; endangering children, a misdemeanor of the first-degree; strangulation, a felony of the third-degree; strangulation, a felony of the fourth-degree;
John Tilton, 39, of Belle Center: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the second-degree; possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Justin Impson, 40, of Bellefontaine: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth-degree; tampering with evidence, a felony of the third-degree;
Kendra Henry, 46, of Bellefontaine: grand theft of a motor vehicle, a felony of the fourth-degree;
Lindsey McPheron, 32, of Lima: grand theft, a felony of the fourth-degree;
Lisa Brazier, 54, at-large: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Marcus R. Cobb, 41, of Bellefontaine: assault, a felony of the fourth-degree; obstructing official business, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Ryan Russell, 32, of Bellefontaine: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth-degree; possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Shannon Kuhn, 49, of Bellefontaine: aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth-degree; misuse of credit cards, a felony of the fifth-degree; theft from a person in a protected class, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Stephanie Bradley, 47, of Urbana: theft, a felony of the fifth-degree; and
Stephanie McGovern-Doty, 40, of Toledo: theft, a felony of the third-degree- firearm specification – 1 year.
