A Logan County grand jury this week handed down the following indictments:
Steven A. Fulmer Jr., 50, of Bellefontaine: Seven counts of rape, a first-degree felony, and gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony;
David E. Mathews, 62, of Lakeview: Aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fourth-degree; three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the third degree; aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the second-degree; three specifications for forfeiture of money in a drug case; aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the second degree; having weapons while under disability, a felony of the third-degree; and a one-year firearm specification;
Andrew J. McComas, 48, of Quincy: Receiving Stolen Property, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Shad D. Guy, 53, of Marysville: Grand theft, a fourth-degree felony;
Scott E. Kindler, 41, of West Mansfield: Pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor, a fourth-degree felony; and three counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, a felony of the fifth-degree;
Phillip E. Schmidt, 50, of Celina: Theft from a person in a protected class, a third-degree felony; safecracking, a felony of the fourth-degree; two counts tampering with evidence, a felony of the third degree; and a fifth-degree count of receiving stolen property;
Madison R. Jessie, 20, of Mansfield: breaking and entering, a felony of the fifth-degree, and three counts of theft, a fifth-degree felony;
Devin A. Brown, 32, of Mansfield: Breaking and entering, a felony of the fifth-degree, and three counts of theft, a fifth-degree felony;
Lacey M. Mitchell, 39, of Upper Sandsuky: Aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree;
John M. McEvoy, 66, of Rushsylvania: Domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony;
Jade A. Irwin, 25, of Bellefontaine: Possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a felony of the fifth degree; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of them – OVI, a misdemeanor of the first-degree;
Janelle M. Sater, 44, of Groveport: Failure to appear, a fourth-degree felony;
Tanner R. Claybaker, 25, of Brookville: Assault, a felony of the fourth-degree, operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse, or a combination of them – OVI, a misdemeanor of the first-degree;
Virgie A. Mackesy, 52, of Bellefontaine: Possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony;
Craig L. Dockery, 46, of Trotwood: Grand theft of a motor vehicle, a felony of the fourth degree, and breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony;
Amanda J. Churchill, 37, of Lakeview: Possession of cocaine, a felony of the fifth degree, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor of the fourth-degree; amd
Chad L. Cisco, 49, of Sidney: Aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the third degree, and aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.
