Robert Page Jr., 61, of Lakeview, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after an investigation from Logan County Sheriff’s deputies found he was looking through the window of a juvenile neighbor.
Deputies were dispatched around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, July 9, to the area of 11900 County Road 87, Lakeview, following a report of a neighbor looking through the window of an underage girl.
The victim reportedly was in her bedroom when she heard tapping against her window. She called to her sister who reportedly recognized a neighbor standing outside the window. The females were able to identify Page and were reportedly familiar with him.
Deputies made contact with the suspect and he matched the clothing description provided by the females.
Page denied having been on the property, and said he’d only returned a short time later after a walk. He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
‘Disorderly’ wife lodged for domestic violence
Julie Angle, 48, of Quincy, was jailed on a report of domestic violence following an assault that occurred around 8 p.m. Friday, July 7.
Deputies were dispatched to the area of 1899 north County Road 23 on a report the suspect was intoxicated and struck her husband multiple times, drawing blood and leaving scratches on his face and arms.
Upon their arrival, deputies were told the victim had returned home to find Angle impaired and “disorderly” due to her level of intoxication. The conflict escalated and when when the male contacted law enforcement, and Angle began striking him several times with an open hand. Dried blood was observed on the victim, as well as scratches and red marks to his head and face.
Angle was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
