Tug-of-war and a variety of interactive games were enjoyed by Benjamin Logan Middle School students recently during their 10th annual Rally for a Cure. BLMS students and staff raised a total of $26,016 for the Logan County Cancer Society. This year’s theme was “Peace Out, Cancer!” Students enjoyed the springtime weather outdoors playing games, walking laps and spending time with their friends. May 10, Benjamin Logan High School hosted their annual Raider Relay, which raised $12,370, for a combined grand total of $38,386 to support residents of Logan County who have cancer or a cancer-related illness.” We are so proud of our students, staff and community for their generous contributions to assist cancer sufferers with related expenses, such as medications and supplies, wigs, and travel expenses. Knowing that our Raider community is so dedicated to helping others and being positive contributors to society makes Benjamin Logan a special place to be,” shared Sally Stolly, Benjamin Logan director of administrative services.
