More than 100 volunteers, including families and local business employees, joined together in a downtown spring clean-up event Friday, April 21, in preparation for Earth Day this weekend. Small Nation helped to start the spring cleaning initiative in 2022 to help beautify the downtown and to prepare for the busy spring and summer seasons, with partners from the Logan County Chamber & Visitors Bureau, Downtown Bellefontaine Partnership, and the city. Friday’s event was kicked off with a welcome from Small Nations representative Nick Davis, Mayor Ben Stahler and a safety talk from Angel Payne from the Logan County Solid Waste District Management District.
