Eleven people were charged this week after a Logan County grand jury handed up indictments.
The Examiner is attempting to learn more about some of the cases and will provide updates when possible.
• Charles A. Magouirk, 31, of Ft. Myers Beach, Fla.: five counts of rape, first-degree felonies; kidnapping, a first-degree felony; gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony; and misdemeanor sexual imposition;
• Alec W. Berry, 32, of Bellefontaine: rape, a first-degree felony; and sexual battery, a second-degree felony;
• Craig C. Combs, 45, of Quincy: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony;
• Chase M. Whiting, 34: trafficking in cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; possession of cocaine, a first-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony; possession of cocaine, a fourth-degree felony; engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a first-degree felony; and specifications for forfeiture of a vehicle, property and money;
• De’Andre Tucker, 45, at large: possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony;
• Jean A Durst, 56, of Zanesfield: grand theft, a fourth-degree felony;
• Cody A. Maynard, 34, of Troy: aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; and misdemeanor domestic violence;
• Robert W. Bobbitt Jr., 47, at large: aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; and misdemeanor illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Kelli A. Mitchell, 46, of Bellefontaine: grand theft, a fourth-degree felony;
• Devin A. Walborn, 29: failure to provide notice of change of address, a fourth-degree felony; and
• Eric L. Hatfield, 41: failure to provide notice of change of address, a second degree felony; and failure to verify address, a second degree felony.
