West Liberty-Salem, Riverside meet in football scrimmage Friday

Riverside traveled to West Liberty-Salem on Friday evening for the first scrimmage of 2025. The two teams will be in the same conference in 2027-28 as the Pirates are set to join the Ohio Heritage Conference.

The season opener is Aug. 22, with Riverside set to visit Ansonia, while the Tigers will host Jonathan Alder.
