West Liberty Christmas parade moved to Saturday evening

The West Liberty-Salem Tiger Football Team made history by winning the program’s first Regional Championship. They’ll be playing in the State Semifinals on Friday, Nov. 29.

To show the community’s support and celebrate their season, the West Liberty Christmas in the Village Parade has been moved to 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30. Following the parade in the Town Hall Gazebo, Santa arrives bearing gifts for the kids and sits for pictures in Santa’s Gazebo on the lawn of the Town Hall.

The 24th annual Luminaria 5K run still takes place Friday evening.

Cookies and cocoa with Santa has been moved to 9 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30.

At 10 a.m. Saturday, shoppers can snag their Shop Small Business shopping bag, sponsored by American Express. Limited supplies available, each bag will be filled with exclusive discounts, coupons and offers from our local small business community in West Liberty.
