Warren Thomas Blair, 82, of West Liberty, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at the Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was born in Oil Springs, Kentucky on June 16, 1940, to the late Orville and Erie (Collinsworth) Blair. He is also preceded in death by his siblings: Donald Blair, Edgel “Ed” Blair Sr., Judy Blair, Betty Blair, Linda Blair, Wanda Blair, Eva Rose Corwin, William Blair, and Delmar Blair.

On November 7, 1964, he married the former Deborah Parmer and she survives. He is also survived by his children: Warren (Tonya) Blair Jr. and Twilah (Jason) Fairchild; grandchildren: Tiffanie (Kyle) Davis, Kelsie Blair, and Blair Fairchild; great grandchildren: Vincent and Zander; sisters: Sandy (Donald) Akers and Shirley Salyer; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.  

A United States Army Veteran, Warren retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation after many years of working as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed his garden and orchard, fishing, and loved to watch NASCAR and the Ohio State Buckeyes. 

There will be a funeral service for Warren at noon Tuesday, January 24, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home, 101 Zanesfield Road, West Liberty. Visitation will be one hour prior from 11 a.m. to noon at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Fairview West Liberty Cemetery.
