The Logan County Visitors Bureau is thrilled to announce the kickoff of the 2025 “Best of LoCo” contest, inviting residents across the county to celebrate the very best of what Logan County has to offer.
This annual event provides a platform for the community to vote for their favorite local businesses, eateries, services, and attractions across 24 categories, from the tastiest breakfast spot to the most beloved local attraction.
Similar to last year, voting will take place in two rounds. The first round takes place from Oct. 22 through the 28, and the second round from Oct. 29 through Nov. 4. Residents can vote one time per round.
This year introduces a much-needed new category: Best New Business. Designed to spotlight the county’s best new establishments, this category is open to any business that opened its doors after Jan. 1, 2025. Whether it’s a new favorite bar, coffee shop or an innovative attraction, voters can nominate their new favorites in this dedicated category.
With the addition of this new category, the traditional categories have been limited to businesses operating before Jan. 1, 2025.
Voting schedule:
- First Round Voting is open now through Oct. 28. Voters can cast one vote per category to ensure their favorites make it to the finals.
- Final Round Voting will occur from Oct. 29 to Nov. 4, featuring the top three finalists in each category.
Winners will be celebrated with a “Best of” plaque and recognition in the Visitor’s Bureau nationally recognized Visitors Guide.
