Theodore L. “Teddy” Hill, a resident of Bellefontaine, Ohio, who was born on October 10, 1960, left this world on March 8, 2025, at the age of 64.
Teddy is survived by his children: Danny Hill, Tamera Hill, Jessica (Presley) Breeding, and Ashley Hill. He also leaves behind his brother, Robert “Bob” Hill, and step-sister Connie (Mark) Carpenter, as well as his stepmother, Joan Hill, numerous nieces and nephews, and his special friends, Michael Sadler and Kevin Moore.
He was preceded in death by his father, William L. Hill, and his mother, Leatrice Joy (Parshall) Hill. Teddy also mourned the loss of his brothers, Timothy “Tim” V. Hill and Gary E. Hill, who have now welcomed him into eternal peace.
Teddy was a caring individual, known for his kindness to everyone he encountered. He graduated from Bellefontaine High School in 1979 and that laid the groundwork for a life filled with service, both to his family and his country. A proud veteran of the United States Air Force, Teddy honorably served his country for 11 years during the Gulf War, beginning his service at Wright Patterson AFB before being stationed in Ramstein AFB in Germany.
Teddy had worked as an assistant manager at Wendy’s in Bellefontaine and also at the Indian Lake Rollarena in the 1970’s.

As family and friends gather in remembrance, a visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 5PM to 7PM, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center, located at 321 N Main Street, Bellefontaine, OH 43311. Burial will be a later date in Bellefontaine Cemetery with military honors provided by the Logan County Veteran Honor Guard.
