TCN Behavioral Health opened its SEE U Now (SUN) Clinic in January, which is is intended to serve active clients without a prior appointment as their need arises.

A multi-disciplinary team of providers in the SUN Clinic will empower the client in choosing the services they wish to receive during their visit. The clinic is open to current adult clients needing additional support on Fridays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“We have seen a need among clients for a more accessible service model,” said Lori Strobl, TCN’s CEO. “The SUN Clinic is designed to empower the client for their own health care. Nothing about them, without them. With this model of urgent care for behavioral health, we expect to see improved outcomes to the client’s treatment.”

Adult active clients can choose among a team of providers in the SUN Clinic, including a physician, nurse, therapist, Medication Assisted Treatment technician, or case manager.

The SUN Clinic’s physical location is located at TCN’s Xenia office, 452 West Market St.
However, Logan and Champaign county clients can check in at either the Bellefontaine or Urbana TCN locations to access the SUN Clinic via telehealth.

The SUN Clinic will deliver services every Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will accept all payment options including Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay.

As with all TCN services, local mental health and addiction services board funding is available for clients who qualify.

In 2019, TCN Behavioral Health acquired Consolidated Care Inc. and began providing behavioral health services to youth and adults in Logan and Champaign Counties.
