Joseph Robinson, 26, of Bellefontaine, was arrested on two outstanding felony warrants around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, by officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department.
The suspect was observed standing on the northeast corner of south Main Street and east Chillicothe Avenue, and officers ran a check for warrants at that time.
That check revealed warrants through the Logan County Sheriff’s Office for domestic violence and felonious assault.
The suspect was arrested and lodged in the Logan County Jail.
Woman lodged for failing to return vehicle
Christy Wilkins, 47, of Sidney, was arrested around 4 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 15, after she reportedly failed to return a vehicle that had been lent to her the day prior.
Police report Wilkins took possession of the automobile with the understanding it would be returned the next day.
She reportedly told police she could not return the vehicle to Bellefontaine because she did not have money for fuel.
She was located in Sidney and officers there transported her to the county line where she was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle lodged in the Logan County Jail.
