A suspect was arrested on multiple felony charges following the execution of a narcotics-related warrant Friday, March 28, by officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department in the area of U.S. Route 33 at State Route 540.
Roscelle Clark II, 63, of Bellefontaine, was arrested an active felony warrant for possession of cocaine.
During the stop, officers with the BPD criminal patrol and K9 units initiated a search of Clark’s white Ford van. K9 Pyro was deployed and gave a positive alert, and a probable cause search of the van revealed a large amount of crack cocaine and a crack pipe.
Clark was transported to the Logan County Jail, where he was lodged on the felony warrant and charges of possession of cocaine, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
