Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department arrested a suspect that reportedly fired a weapon in the area of west Williams Avenue during the late afternoon hours, Saturday, Nov. 25.
No injuries were reported, Police Chief Chris Marlow confirmed. Landon Dickinson, 27, of Bellefontaine, has been arrested and charged with attempted felonious assault.
Additional details from the incident are pending investigation, officers report.
Police lights lit up the area in the vicinity of Williams Avenue near the intersection of West Street as officers utilized flashlights to search for the suspect around 6 p.m.
