Stella Kay Rogan, 78, of Cable, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2024, at the Logan Acres Senior Community. Stella was born October 9, 1946, in Urbana to the late Robert Wallace and Lois Janice (Williams) Stickley. On March 9, 1968, in Urbana she married the love of her life Willard Carl Rogan.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Stella Kay Rogan, a devoted servant of God, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. Her life was a testament to her unwavering faith, unconditional love, and tireless devotion to her family and friends. Over the years she was a homemaker for her family, a bus driver and served as a cafeteria helper at the Triad Local Schools. Stella found joy in sewing, crocheting, gardening, and helping young people as a 4-H advisor.
Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and cherished memories. Those she has touched will continue to honor her by living lives inspired by her example. While our hearts ache at her loss, we find solace in knowing she is now in the presence of her Savior, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her.
